How You See Yourself Can Stop Your Healing w/ Brad Yates (Pod #353)

from Tapping Q & A - Getting the most out of tapping and EFT · host Gene Monterastelli and Brad Yates

Support the podcast! In my conversation with Brad Yates he shared the Zig Ziglar quote "You cannot consistently perform in a manner which is inconsistent with the way you see yourself." The reason this quote came up is because we were talking about why we don't get the results we want with tapping that we are seeking. Often times we tap because we want something to change in our life. But if we don't believe we are the type of person who can have the outcome we want, then we are going to sabotage ourselves to make sure we don't get it. For example: If we can't see ourselves as successful business owner then we are going to sabotage our business growth. If we don't believe we are worthy of love then finding lasting romantic relationships are going to be hard. If we think it is too late for change then finding time to do tapping isn't going to happen. In this conversation we talk about four ways in which we can find the beliefs about ourselves that are incongruent with what we want and how to tap for them. Subscribe in: Apple | Android | Spotify
