He has been recognized with a Governor’s Award and as Citizen of the Year as well as been a two-time president of the Chamber of Commerce. As a fun back story, Howard dated a one unnamed woman who ran for President of the United States in high school and told her she was destined for the White House. Howard Primer resides in Charlotte, North Carolina in loving memory of his wonderful wife of over 50 years, Marcia and has four fabulous daughters making a difference in the world as well.
