Hoy aprendemos español y viajamos a....Valladolid!

This week we have a new Podcast and a new trip! We take advantage of the fact that this week the International Film Festival of Valladolid (La SEMINCI) starts, and we travel to Castille's capital. Today in this Podcast, you are going to improve your Spanish and also, you are going to know a Spanish city with a large history: Valladolid. As I told you, Valladolid is the capital of Castilla y León. It's 2 hours from Madrid by car. By AVE (high speed railway), 40 minutes from Madrid, northward. It's a small city, but has a lot of History. Miguel de Cervantes, writer of Don Quijote, lived there. Valladolid was Spain's capital in the 17th century and that's where it is said that the best Spanish is spoken. But above all, it's our city. Where we grew! and of course, a mandatory destiny in our virtual travels! We hope you enjoy it.
