Human Design and Parenting, Ditching the Anxiety.

Welcome to another episode of In Her Alchemy.In this episode I am sharing about the journey of learning, understanding and living by our own unique Human Design.How I have gone from fear, over thinking and anxiety to being more content, aligned and alchemised in my day to day life.And most importantly, how Parenting by Design has supported and deepened my connection to my children aged 7 and 11.As a 6/2 emotional projector, with a 6/2 splenic projector daughter aged 7, and a 5/1 emotional generator son aged 11, this has been one of the greatest unlocks for me in my solo parenting journey.The conversations we now get to have.The understanding I now know.And the tools and language we all get to learn and use has fundamentally changed my life as a Mother.They feel seen, heard and recognised.And I see them for them. Not their behaviour.Connection over correction! It’s been such a life changing experience, so much so I have started writing personalised playbooks for children after writing one for my daughter, I knew these needed to be created far and wide.
