Having grown up in the mortgage industry, Patrick had big goals coming out of college. Then the Mortgage Meltdown hit in 2008. His life was up-ended and he was forced to start his career over. At the next bank he worked at, the FDIC kicked the doors in and shut them down forcing Patrick to start over yet again. As a husband & father to 3 boys looking to take control over his own life & future, Patrick moved into real estate investing full time. In constant quest for self development, Patrick hired a mentor. That mentor changed Patrick's focus from making money to doing what his conscience told him. Now a Mindset & Performance coach, Patrick teaches men to become the elite version of themselves leveraging Stoic principles, nutrition & training. Enjoy this Interview ..
