Stu is joined by founder of Bottled up Blokes Tim Cox. Bottled up blokes is a private Facebook group allowing men to chat about their personal problems. Either anonymously or with your name you can post in the group and receive helpful advice or just a bit of love from other members. The online group has spawned a podcast and weekly in person group meeting and seems to be going from strength to strength. In this episode Tim opens up about his own battles with mental health over the years and the coping mechanisms he's developed. He also shares his personal journey of creating the wonderful group and a few of the experiences he's had to deal with along the way. Tim knew it would never be plain sailing and doing what he's done shows amazing courage and care for others.
