i agree this looks like a fraud.  very unfortunate for peru. and probably the rest of latin america.   it is territorial. i would like to see someone from peru go to japan to force themselves to become president there.  like, that guy on the bus telling me about japan surrendering is eerie.    that guy on the bus was older. but japan surrendered in 1945. so i am not sure how old he was  but he would have had to have been older than 81 to be aware of japans surrender. and to let you know, japans surrender was no where in my normal thoughts.  i am trying to say that i never thought about japan like that until that guy said something. to me it is kind of scary to see japan try to take over peru, when there are people/unknown pirates taking over the oil/gas industry down there too.   my guess is it has something to do with antartica and nato controlling antartica. japan must be partnering with nato.  i hear japan owns a country that everyone thinks exists, but it doesnt actually exist, because they want to control the waters.   https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/keiko-fujimori-secures-victory-in-peru-s-presidential-election-after-taking-an-unassailable-lead/ar-AA26sbCT?ocid=msedgntp&pc=U531&cvid=6a3c61e87826459da0c14e80861595db&ei=20now i predict sanchez will be arrested   as retribution for  her father getting arrested.
