I bet they have Tomato Sandwiches in Heaven

Send us Fan MailSimple days gave us simple times, and simple times gave us simple meals.  Whether it be Deviled Meat (a.k.a. potted meat), Vienna sausages, hot dogs, or the all famous SPAM, it's all just minced meat.  And minced meat is the shavings and crap that other folks wouldn't pay for to eat.Mama made lots of simple meals back then, and man do I miss them.  Nothing beats a fresh fat thick tomato sandwich.  Or, a thick sliced of Bologna Meat (also minced meat), or just a huge hotdog sandwich.  Regardless, it's got to have Blue Plate mayonnaise.  A grilled cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad, PB&J, or just a good ole' fashion ham and cheese.  All of these bring back great memories when life was so much simpler.I feel sorry of the young boys today that will never know the joys of sitting a pond bank fishing with a Coca-Cola, soda crackers and potted meat.  They have no idea what they are missing.Whatever the case or facts,......I bet they serve Tomato Sandwiches in Heaven.
