I cancelled my launch - Decisions, Mindset and Strategy (Ep 45)

This week on the Rave Results podcast, I’m pulling back the curtain on one of the hardest calls I’ve had to make recently: canceling the launch of my program. Yep, I made the decision to hit pause, and in this episode, I’m spilling all the tea on why. From strategic tweaks and logistical hiccups to those pesky mindset wobbles, I’m walking you through what led me to this decision. I’m also diving into the worries we *all* have about what people might think and how I reframed canceling as a smart, long-term move—not a failure. Here’s a peek at what we cover: - 01:58 Why I knew this launch wasn’t the right fit (right now) - 03:10 The process of reevaluating my program and messaging - 08:46 The mindset hurdles that come with canceling something big - 11:14 How to cancel strategically, without turning it into drama I’ll also share why transparency is such a game-changer when making tough business calls—and a little preview of what’s coming next! Spoiler: I’m diving into lifetime access for Rave Results and the gaps I’m closing in my offer ecosystem in upcoming episodes. Connect with Vix:Join VOLUME: https://vixmeldrew.com/volumeInstagram: @vixmeldrewThreads: @vixmeldrewWebsite: https://vixmeldrew.com/
