One thing I've learned is when you choose peace it comes with a lot of goodbyes.Choose yourself anyway. You will be OK either way. You've survived 100% of the worst days of your life.Advocate first for yourself. You deserve to be supported by yourself. Your boundaries are yours and you get to choose how they are enforced. Judging yourself is like throwing down an anchor when you're trying to swim.Choose yourself. Again and Again! Choose yourself without explanation.
