A year ago I decided to stop drinking for several reasons and wanted to see how long I could go without it. On this episode, I talk about why I stopped and what affect not drinking had on myself, and others. Alcohol is so ingrained in our society that some people cannot fathom when other people choose to not drink. Ultimately, it is a personal choice that others should respect. People don't drink for many reasons, but for me, it was one of the best choices I could make to improve all aspects of my life. @thebadandambitiouspodcast
