Today on the show we have Anastasia from Seattle, Washington. A self declared recovering people pleaser, Anastasia chose to stay home to birth her child, alone and in the dark. The mantra she carried with her throughout her birth was to whisper to herself, "I die to be reborn, I die to be reborn".
