I do not hear ANY REFLECTION | PART ONE

from SMARTER THAN TRAUMA Podcast · host SMART E MC

Send us Fan MailFinally, I can write this story. I will be reliving multiple conversations and as that bubble up, I'm going to write it verbatim & record what happens with the memory that I was a teacher. My identity because I want to move away from identifying ourselves in solely sexual or romantic ways. There's enough titilating & people trying to sexualize each other (at least from my lifelong experience) so finding someone who won't mess with you or let others mess with you (in Part Two), it's a true feeling of joy and relief. In PE (prolonged exposure therapy) & at some point even PET (Prolonged Exposure Therapy)In this curriculum, you want to focus on the WORST triggers & they will all feel THE WORST. The purpose is to make sure they "go FIRST" (for me, it's due to darkest day <--their name since I will not acknowledge them & yet to validate their presence, and this FOREVER EXCUSE "it's my first time" along with "my parents didn't teach me." Which I don't agree with. Lame)Those conversations I'm certain will bubble up so I WANT TO KNOW, IF YOU DO ANY ACTION WITH THE IDEA OF HELPING OTHERS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR *& why there's so much discourse with people around me who are the opposite & why the question always was, "are they going to trigger me (connect to DBT/CBT describe your triggers : contradictions, taking the money & then bragging about it since that's the behavior when someone felt 100% secure they could, 'do whatever they wanted' before one act of kindness that would erase all the previous memories" since that's the nice thing with TBI. It all fades except when it doesn't because it connects to everything else. In PART TWO (listening to it as I'm typing), I say "like" a lot. I get that talking is trying to contain it which is people. I do not want to see these people again. They do not have my ear to explain themselves & these memories are very identifying since they are the spaces. QUESTION : What does it mean when you put your friends on tiers? This is connected to a conversation, a first time, asking, what's up with her? It's too erratic & the beginning & ending of going to coffeeshops [to talk]. No one is talking? Everyone can hear us. Support the show
