I don't know what this year holds but I do know it holds HOPE

In episode 11 I talk about hope in 2022 that holds all the potential and possibilities of a different year, a better year, a healthier happier year. Accepting yourself as you are right now is the first step to growing and evolving. There is no one size fits all solution to life, the speed of moving forward in life is moving forward, and making room to plant seeds, bloom, and grow in 2022.
