Most importantly each episode always ends with ways we can work on becoming more graceful to ourselves.

  1. 40

    Learning to Trust Yourself Again

Sometimes growth asks us to slow down enough to hear ourselves again.Episode 7 is about learning to trust your own voice after life has changed you — trusting your pace, your instincts, and the quiet promise that you are allowed to live fully again.A gentle conversation about moving carefully, staying open, and remembering that growth does not always arrive loudly. Sometimes it begins in the quiet return to yourself.

  2. 39

Learning to Stay Grounded While Life Changes

Sometimes life begins to shift all at once.Opportunities change. Responsibilities grow. Decisions about the future start showing up.And suddenly it can feel like life is moving faster than you are.In this episode of Grace & Growth, we sit with the pressure that can come during seasons of transition… when things are unfolding, but not everything is clear yet. This is a reflection on staying grounded while life is changing, trusting yourself through uncertainty, and remembering that growth doesn’t always feel peaceful.Sometimes it feels like pressure.Grace looks good on you… and growth will too.

  3. 38

    Letting Life In Again

There comes a moment after healing where the question shifts. It’s no longer about protection. It’s about participation. After we’ve survived, rebuilt, and learned how to stand on our own… we’re gently faced with something new:Are we ready to open again? In this episode, we explore what it means to let life in — without abandoning yourself. To trust again — without lowering your standards. To soften — without shrinking.Because healing isn’t meant to harden us.It’s meant to make us aware. You are allowed to stay rooted and still be open. You are allowed to protect your peace without protecting your fear. You are allowed to participate in your own life again.

  4. 37

The Past Is Not Your Identity

Slowing down taught us something. Now we go deeper. There’s a quiet belief many of us carry — that what happened to us somehow became who we are.The loss. The trauma. The mistakes. The seasons we barely survived. But survival is something you did.It is not who you are.In this episode, we explore what it means to outgrow even the identities that once protected us… and how healing sometimes asks us to stay open — not closed.Because the same world that hurt you…can also heal you.You are not your worst moment. You are not frozen in the chapter that broke you.You are still becoming. And becoming is powerful.Grace looks good on you… and growth will too.Sit with me…

  5. 36

    Slowing Down Without Guilt

Slowing down sounds beautiful in theory — but in real life, it can feel uncomfortable… even unfamiliar. We live in a world that quietly teaches us to measure our worth by how much we accomplish and how quickly we move. So when life asks us to slow down, guilt can surface. Rest can feel undeserved. Stillness can feel unsettling. But what if slowing down isn’t falling behind? What if it’s an invitation to live more intentionally… to choose sustainability over urgency… to stay present long enough to actually experience your life? This episode is a gentle reminder that you don’t have to keep rushing to prove your worth. You are allowed to move at a pace your soul can keep up with.So wherever this finds you — take a breath.Sit for a moment. You don’t have to rush your life.

  6. 35

    Finding Your Fire Again

After we name the hard parts of our story, a quiet question often follows…How do we begin to feel like ourselves again? In this episode of Grace & Growth, we talk about what it means to find your way back — gently, honestly, and without rushing the process. This conversation is about slowing down, noticing the beauty in small moments, and learning to listen for what still lights you up… even if it’s quiet.Because sometimes what reignites us isn’t a dramatic change — it’s simply remembering how to pay attention. If you’ve been sensing a shift within yourself… if you’re learning to trust your life a little more… if you’re returning to parts of you that once felt distant — this episode is for you.Grace looks good on you… and growth will too.

  7. 34
