When one perceives the truth;‘I am that’  ‘Aham Brahmasmi’‘Tat Tvam Asi’‘Pragyanam Brahmam’ — then the duality of the worshipper and worshipped dissolves. Prajnanam refers to Mei Unarvu—the inner, divine awareness, the sacred vibration within.Brahman is that very divine vibration, experienced through the awakened third eye and the crown chakra after receiving initiation through the Universal Peace Foundation (UPF).To realize the Atma—the soul—as the life-force (Aham) residing within this body, is to realize Brahman.
