Dealing with mid-range hearing loss and tinnitus has presented its challenges, but this appointment marks the beginning of a transformative journey for me. I invite you to join me as I navigate this life-changing experience and share my insights along the way! Tinnitus isn't the end of a happy life and i'm here to prove it. I used to blame everything on my tinnitus and since accepting it, my life has changed. Tinnitus has been a companion of mine for as long as I can remember. I'm now 22 years old and after many rough years with tinnitus, I have now began to live my life happily. My tinnitus hasn't gone away, but my negative response to it has. When I was struggling to cope, the search to find reliable information was almost impossible. I have made this channel in hope to reach you at a point in your journey where you need it most. Here i'll share all of my mistakes, management techniques and most importantly, things I wish I knew about tinnitus.
