Hitting rock bottom is the most painful period of my life. I was out of a job, heartbroken, and moved back in with my parents. And to be very honest, I had no idea how I was going to get out of it. All I could feel was shame and pain, and all I could see was darkness.But I tried anyway.And bit by bit, days started to feel easier to get by. I started to cry a little bit less. Most importantly, there was hope again.
