i looked up information about race based lawsuits and found this. i may be a person that they would sue in the workplace. but the thing is actually, i am someone who cant even get in to the workforce. because of tribalism. does that make sense? "During the last decade, since 2012 to 2022, the EEOC has won 171 race discrimination settlements involving Black employees, 59 cases involving Latino workers, 12 involving Asian workers, and six settlements involving white employees."this article is interesting. i didnt know this about california. but i cant say that i would side with the latinos they are talking about because of tribalism also. i hesitate to post this article because everyone is going to try to say this or that about it. but the reality is there is this issue. and also i am not from california so i am not the same as they are.  Largest Discrimination Cases In California Are Mostly Latino Against Black Employeesthis kind of lawsuit i dont think is for everyone. i am not trying to be mean but i dont think everyone can win this kind of lawsuit.  and these people seem to be winning millions.
