I made 2022 my SELFish year… and here’s how it went

In January of 2022, I vividly remember envisioning the kind of life I wanted to live over the next 12 months. I wanted to live free from the past, free from the attachment of my old self & of my old life. I wanted to finally choose ME after years of choosing everything else. In this episode I discuss what a selfish year is to me, why I chose it, & the important life lessons I’ve learned so far.
