A few months ago, I realized I was scared of being seen. And that made me question everything.....what have I even been doing, posting on YouTube for over a year if I'm scared of being seen?but then I realised, fear of being seen isn't about not knowing how to show up. It's about feeling exposed. Feeling that people might see the real you...and that could be too vulnerable.In this video, I'm walking through the three layers of my own fear of visibility.
