             Some quotes from this Episode of "Harvest Shorts" ... I recently gave a message titled, "I don't want to be a DUH-sicple" What is a Disciple? A Disciple of Jesus is an imitator, someone who changes their daily life, changes their actions, their character, to match the example of Jesus. (   "So I brought him to your disciples, but they couldn't heal him." And Jesus said to them, "you corrupt people. How much longer must I be with you? How much longer must I put up with you? Bring the boy to me." Then Jesus rebuked the demon in the boy, and it left him.   He has poured out on us, Who belonged to His Dear Son. That means Christ is in me, and I have something that has been poured out. He is so rich in kindness, and He is so rich in Grace, that He purchased our Freedom, Freedom for what? ---------------- Welcome to "Harvest Shorts", a five minute offering to you, on one topic. He died not because we were sinners (although that is true and necessary!), but because we were lost daughters and sons! You have value in His eyes! What He wants from us is that we come alone to Him, for fellowship with Him, in submission, so that He can re-make us into the person He created us to be! He wants us to then go out among people and live a life that attracts others to Jesus (don't worry, you get Help with this!) What a journey! What a life! This isn't a self-help method, it isn't a prosperity gospel, it is Christ in you, the hope of Glory! What a ride! What liberation!
