I Release Control— ASMR Affirmation [headphones🔛]

This was inspired by the actual song I release Control by Alexa Sunshine Rose. I have been coming back to this when I feel anxious or when I feel like I’m gripping too hard on life. I have also started incorporating this song into the Divine Feminine meditations and healing of my womb space lately. I invite you to do the same if it calls to you. I place my hands on my sacral chakra (below my belly button) hands in a triangle and breath into that space, while listening, feel the healing and send that chakra love and acceptance and ask anything that’s not serving your sexuality or creative self expression or you in general to be released.
