His conservation with Michael covers emergent processes in serial content creation, the role of merch for his show, sponsor relationships, 'fame' in niche podcasting, and building networks into working partnerships and projects. About Webster: C. Webster Marsh is the owner of Penumbra Controls, where he provides lighting controls design and specification guidance and education. Webster brings over 15 years of applied experience with lighting and controls, and he enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge with the lighting and lighting controls industry. Webster started out in theatrical lighting design, progressed to architectural lighting design, and therein found a passion for lighting controls. He has worked on many types of projects big and small from airports to private residences and always welcomes a conversation about lighting controls. Webster lives in Massachusetts with his wife, dog, and two cats.
