I Was Thinking Today About Embarrassment

Embarrassment is something I was taught to avoid at all costs but as I got older I realized that embarrassment is a highly underrated experience.When we are embarrassed it means we took a chance. We got up off the couch and got out of our comfort zone. Being embarrassed might not feel comfortable but what it means is significant.So much of our life passes us by whether we’d like it or not. And when we protect ourselves, when we stay inside our comfort zone, even more of it slips through our fingers.I’m not saying put yourself in danger but I am saying that really good stories come from saying yes to things even when we think we should say no.I record myself as I walk.
