I Will Do This v I Will Try to Do This - Trying is Failure - Do or Do Not

It is that time of year, that resolutions you made at the end of year may not be going as well as you'd hoped.  In this episode of franticpurpose I talk about negotiating a successful goal with yourself, by using more intentional phrasing.  Instead of saying "I will try not door dashing this month" you say "I won't door dash this month".  Changing the way you talk about goals with yourself and others, also making your goals and failures known, and more.
