ICON: Ruin Runners Chapter 1 Episode 1: Bikes, Boars, and Bars, Oh My!

The winds of change are blowing across all Arden Eld. The Green Age, a period of healing from the excesses and evils of the Arken empire, has come to an end as ancient machines and ruins spring up all over the land. As countless polities and factions grapple for control of lost technology and ancient magics of old, the world reaches a fork in the road of history. What is next: a new golden age, or ruin far worse than anything prior empires could hope to imagine? In a quiet village outside a coastal port town, three adventurers find themselves swept up in the troubles of small town life and losttech scavenging alike. Zaffir, an experienced blacksmith wrestler, braves trying MMO dailies and breaks a lot of things around town better left intact. Andrealphus, a grizzled gun for hire, navigates a sketchy bazaar and gets into a barfight with dire consequences. Mantrax, a bright young inventor wizard, makes an explosive first impression and revolutionizes local plumbing. And beyond all this, the Arken ruins await, as competing gangs and armies vie to claim their treasures. Against them stand...the Ruin Runners.
