IDAC Advocate details allegations against former IPID official Cedric Nkabinde

State Advocate Drushantha Ramsamy has told the Madlanga Commission that she was instructed to gather information about former IPID official Cedric Nkabinde, even though no formal investigation had been opened. She says the information included claims that Nkabinde received money and car from a service provider being investigated by IPID. She further told the commission that suspended MP Fadiel Adams showed investigators messages claiming suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu could be arrested if the Political Killings Task Team was disbanded.
