Identifying Your Core Wounds

from Living Fully Alive

Join Mary as she kicks off this month's topic of Core Wounds. Our first core wound is the originating moment when we stop believing we are whole and deserving of unconditional love, and we start believing that there is something wrong with us. This usually takes place in early childhood when we don't have the tools to recognize that we are not the problem. This ends up creating our personal reality. The person many of us become is often constructed based on wounding and not wholeness. Because of these core wounds we often walk around in life unaware that we are in defense mode. We will go to great lengths to protect ourselves from experiencing that same wound again, and in doing so we keep ourselves from living from a place of wholeness. It is crucial for us to up our level of awareness in order to pinpoint what traumas we have experienced and to be able to see how those traumas have played a role in who we have become. When we do this, we create an opportunity for deep healing, which then frees us up to become our truest self.    ON THIS EPISODE WE WILL DISCUSS… - Where core wounds originate  - The 6 top core wounds people experience  - How our beliefs are shaped by our core wounds  - How we compensate for our core wounds - The illusion of working for unconditional love - How common core wounds show up in our lives - Finding your true authentic self - How core wounds impact limiting beliefs  - Steps to heal your core wound - And much more!   — SEASON 2: Each month will be a deep dive into a topic that supports you on your journey to living more fully alive. April's topic will be on CORE WOUNDS. --- The Magic of Meditation Workshop: https://maryhyatt.com/meditation Text Me: https://maryhyatt.com/text Fully Alive Circle Membership Waitlist: https://www.maryhyatt.com/circle Full List of Episodes & Show Notes: https://www.maryhyatt.com/show Subscribe to My Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/maryhyatt Follow Me On Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/maryghyatt/
