There is a specific reason Chains, in fact chains like iconic food brands like McDonalds, Burger King, KFC no matter who is the consistency of delivery. It doesn't matter if you provide consistently goof service or products, consistently bad or poor service (although you should never go this path), but never ever be seen as inconsistent. They expect you to do the same job or deliver the same product every time they purchase from you or your company. If a restaurant changes hands or ownership, in the past it has been a recipe for disaster because they have now changed the delivery method. It does not even have to do with the food in particular, but in the way the service is delivered to the guest. I run multiple business by following consistent principles every time without exception.
