Listen to John talk about fear and what steps you can take to overcome your fear.Fear can be very controlling, can't it? Fear can prevent you from doing things like going to work, attending school or flying in an airplane.Fear can zap the enjoyment and hope right out of your heart.So, what can you do when fear seems so huge and controlling in your life?1. Learn to accept the things that you can not control. This simple shift in your thinking can help you readjust to your circumstance. 2. Learn to face your fear.
