If quitters never win, why do I win when I quit? walking away when the well runs dry.

In this episode, I talk about why I quit my job, how my mindset on quitting changed, and what I hope they learn from me quitting. I also talk about how God gave me this job, the season when it was a blessing, and how I could tell the well was running dry (aka when it wasn’t a such blessing anymore). These lessons I learned can be applied across the board: at your job (whether you're a supervisor, boss, or regular worker bee employee), situationships, in friendships, family relationships (this one is important) and anywhere else you need them. We need to talk about expressing needs, showing appreciation, and quitting at the right time.
