If you really want to enjoy life, you can do it literally by slowing down - Barbara & Matija #8

from Being the Genuine Athlete · host Jure Koscak

Tune in to get the full story of how Barbara & Matija managed to come out of being exhausted and injured. How they flipped it around by slowing down. And the last two years being a couple in a new way. Supporting each other and growing together. Now the goal is to be rested and prepared for any performance. As well to feel joy.  Barbara was a semi-pro basketball player and later a cyclist. Matija was a pro volleyball player. Now they are the AEQ method teachers. Guiding themselves and others to health, injury prevention and building strong fundamentals of life alongside. Learning and teaching how to rest the body, not just the mind.  Having a lot of experience of sport pressure, proving to others, not backing away, going through pain, winning and also failing. This is what gives them the edge in being humble, emphatical and down to earth. Additionally the AEQ method wisdom elevates their understanding and connecting with others. Enabling them to become healthier, wiser, profound with clients and as a couple as well.  Listen to our conversation in order to get yourself in order. There are tools and there is a way for you to slow down. To readjust and realign. Now is better than later or never. You still can change the course of your career and life. Maybe you want to, or even need to change direction. This podcast will give you the courage to find answers.
