À 28 ans, Lucas a fondé Net & Connect, un club unique où entrepreneurs, dirigeants et athlètes de haut niveau se retrouvent… sur un terrain de padel. Son objectif : remplacer les cocktails networking gênants par des échanges authentiques sur le court.Après une prépa ECE et l’EM Lyon, il intègre Papernest pour développer le marché espagnol. Trois ans plus tard, il a recruté 100 collaborateurs et génèrent 6M€ par an.C’est donc a Barcelone qu’il s’accomplit dans l’intrapreneurait, mais surotu c’est la bas qu’il tombe amoureux du padel. Partout : partenaires, clients, collègues... tout le monde y joue. De retour à Paris, alors directeur des partenariats chez Legalplace, il décide de lancer Net and connect en side project.Un an plus tard, il quitte tout pour s’y consacrer à 100 %. Aujourd’hui, il réunit plus de 600 dirigeants, a organisé 35 événements, signé de gros partenariats, ouvert des bureaux à Paris, et rêve désormais d’un club de padel dédié, avec une vision claire : créer le plus grand club business sportif au monde.Comment on transforme un sport en levier de business ?
