Illness as a protective adaptation | Patrick Coles S3E31
from CARNIVORE EVOLUTION Hosted by Mark Ennis and Victoria Olson
What if your body isn’t failing you? What if it’s actually trying to save you? Victoria and Mark sit down with Patrick Coles to challenge what you think you know about disease. That tumors, obesity, and fatty liver aren’t random chaos. They may be the body deliberately isolating toxins, capturing and encapsulating them to prevent them from spreading throughout your system. Diabetes and autoimmune diseases may also be protective reactions to the toxins we ingest. And those toxins? They’re not just the microplastics and forever chemicals you already know to avoid. They’re hiding in your everyday diet. Find the root cause. That’s the message. Patrick writes about all of this and more on his Substack, ‘Patrick Coles’, and has a book about it on the way. If this conversation resonates with you, give him a follow on Substack.
