ILP 234: Serving Others

On today's episode, we're talking about the idea of putting everyone before ourselves. It's been ingrained into us from all different types of systems. We are told to serve others and put people in front of ourselves. But I think this can be very harmful for many of us. When we do this, we tend to not take care of ourselves, which is so important. The difference between an abundant energy versus a graspy energy is very noticeable. I loved this quote, "You can't be in lack and embody the truth of abundance."
