I'm Almost 40, Please Take My Advice

Hey! It's another episode of ADHD in a HURRY! This one is a video podcast. Today's episode is inspired by my own mortality. I'm going to be 40 years old next March, so I've been thinking about what I've learned so far and combined some major talking points into this episode.
