Join my FREE Slack Channel to grow your community: https://vix.myflodesk.com/growIn this week’s Rave Results podcast, I’m getting super real about a major “aha” moment I had recently—there’s been a critical gap in my offer ecosystem, and it’s been holding my clients (and me) back. After digging into market research, listening to client feedback, and chatting with my coach, realised I was missing a key piece: a strong focus on community building. This episode is all about how I identified that gap, what I learned from it, and the new offer I’m creating to bridge it. Spoiler: I’ll be building it in public! Here’s the breakdown: - 00:37 A look at my current offers (*Rave Results* and *Sales Spice*) - 01:46 How market research and feedback uncovered what was missing - 04:12 Why community growth is the missing piece for my clients - 12:06 Signs your community strategy needs a boost - 15:01 How I’m planning this new offer step-by-step - 21:55 Why I’m building it in public and what that means for you If you’ve ever wondered how to strengthen your client journey or felt stuck between offers, this episode will give you so many ideas for making things flow better—for your clients and your business. Connect with Vix:Join VOLUME: https://vixmeldrew.com/volumeInstagram: @vixmeldrewThreads: @vixmeldrewWebsite: https://vixmeldrew.com/
