I'm Not Broken. I'm Stuck.

from Your Thoughts First Podcast Hosted by Matt Ditchen

With mental health awareness month now over, I wanted to share something different from the regular episodes to encourage you to keep prioritizing your mental health beyond the month of May. In this episode, I share a blog I came across from a woman named Simone Yemm called The 5 Words That Are Giving Me Hope in Mental Health Recovery. She shares five simple words that gave her hope as she is working on her own mental health issues and her words really resonated with me. While she is speaking about her experiences, her advice I believe can be applied to other mental health issues we all may go through. I hope you enjoy the episode and we are back next Monday with a new episode and guest. Stay tuned!
