I’m SHOOK! A Proverbs 31 Wife Isn’t What I thought!

What is a Godly wife? In this video we examine the one of the most popular Proverbs. 31:10. We examine in detail this entire chapter to get a better insight into the qualities and attributes of a good wife. And the findings just may surprise you, as it did me. For instance, we often think a Godly wife solely stays at home with the children and doesn't have a job outside of caretaking children. However, we discover that not only does she do the homecare, but she is also an entrepreneur, and businesswoman. This goes against the narrative that women in the past were oppressed and had to depend upon a man for survival. We see she made her own money and owned land and sold her goods at the market. She is also a kind hearted woman, generous and keeps busy! Her efforts and behavior speak for themself and her and her husband's reputation is good because of it.
