Imagine There Was A Film Crew That Followed You Around All Day Every Day by Brian Cain

Documenting what you eliminate. Documenting what you said yes and what you say no to. Documenting how you show up in your energy, your work, and your love.  Would you want that film to be released? Would that film be an inspirational blockbuster? Or would it be one that nobody would ever want to watch? One of the keys for you to dominate  is for you to emulate the actions of people who achieve success. Success leaves clues.  Unfortunately, so does disaster.  If there was a film crew following you all day documenting your success, you would obviously do all the things that someone who is successful does. You would adopt the mindset of someone who achieves success.  You would adopt behaviors, the routines, the attitudes.  And you would be accomplishing the objectives and the goals you set out for yourself.  You wouldn’t be endlessly scrolling on social media. You wouldn’t be hammering alcohol or overeating desserts.  You wouldn’t be sitting there watching TV for three or four hours a day. You wouldn’t be sleeping in.  You would be dominating the day. Today I want you to consider what actions you would want a film crew to document, which ones you prefer they don’t see. Then to make sure we do more good, less bad and set ourselves up for a great day today.”-Brian Cainhttps://briancain.com/Comment below with your number-one takeaway.Listen now on YouTube, Spotify or iTunes. Please like, share and subscribe if you find it useful!I am a high-performance specialist and 7x author who helps successful people dramatically elevate their performance and achieve life-changing goals.
