Mi nombre es Maura Infante y me consiguen en #Hive como @jaci11 Hoy estoy por aquí para informarles que no he subido más ejercicios para nosotros las personas de la tercera edad porque la semana antes pasada salí a caminar con mi esposo para hacer unos ejercicios al aire libre y me resbale y para no pegar la cabeza metí las manos. Me fracturé la muñeca, el hueso llamado radio. Fui al hospital, me hicieron rayos X y confirmaron que era fractura y me pusieron un yeso y una venda para protegerme. Llevo más de 15 días ya la semana que viene el día 06/06 voy a consulta con el Dr. traumatólogo, especialista de la mano y me van a hacer un rayo X para ver si ya me la pueden quitar y me mande hacer rehabilitación. El Dr. me dijo que para adelantar, hiciera unos pequeños ejercicios a los dedos y al hombro. Me mando hacer algunos ejercicios para que tanto los dedos como el hombro no esté entumecidos para cuando me toque comenzar la rehabilitación y no me duela tanto. 1 - Que montara el brazo en una almohada y agarrara una pelota y tratara de apretarla con todos los dedos o me ayudara con la otra mano. Me cuesta mucho. Porque todavía me duele. No lo puedo hacer mucho. Los médicos recomiendan la mejor forma de mantener el brazo es levantado para que la sangre retorne 2 - Me mandó que tratara de tocar con todos los dedos con el dedo gordo y solo toco uno. Porque me duele. 3 - Que mueva uno a uno los dedos y trate de doblarlo uno a uno. Todavía no los doblo bien, porque me duele. 4 - Que agarrara una liga pequeña y me la pusiera entre el dedo gordo y cada uno de los dedos, pero apenas puedo hacerlo con el índice y el medio. Después incorporar al dedo gordo, pero me duele todavía. Con el medio, anular y meñique unidos en la liga. Estirá y encogiera la liga. También hay que hacer ejercicios al hombro para que no esté entumecido igual a la hora de la rehabilitación 1 - Levantamos el brazo, lo podemos derecho, lo llevamos a un lado y hacia otra 2 - El otro es hacia arriba. Lo llevamos hacia arriba y bajamos. Las veces que pueda En la consulta del día 06/06 me dirá si me pone la férula o me mande directo a rehabilitación. Yo quisiera que sí.
