Improving Doctor/C-Suite Communication to Advance Patient Care

An indispensable pillar of leadership is strong communication, and effective communication with the c-suite is crucial for improving our environment at scale and building a thriving atmosphere for staff. This is especially true in healthcare when it comes to communicating with the C-Suite.  George Mayzell, MD, MBA, joined our Healthcare Experience Matters Podcast this week to discuss how doctors can better communicate with the c-suite to improve patient care.  We also discuss Dr. Mayzell’s personal leadership journey as a physician and what he has learned along the way. As a physician, chief medical officer, senior leader, and coach, Dr. Mayzell draws upon his extensive experience to help physicians communicate better and create meaningful improvements for the patients we serve.
