Impuls milionari a la promoció enogastronòmica

Empresa i Treball ha anunciat un pla dotat amb dotze milions d'euros per convertir Catalunya en líder enogastroturístic europeu. Un total de vuit milions provenen dels fons europeus Next Generation. Gràcies als fons europeus es podrà accelerar en tres anys la promoció prevista per a deu anys o més. Per parlar-ne hem convidat la directora general de Turisme de la Generalitat, Marta Domènech. També ens acompanya la fundadora de The Wine Truck, Sara Fernández, que és un bar de vins 100% catalans en el format d'un food truck. Han servit copes arreu de Catalunya en festes majors, concerts, fires, museus i en esdeveniments particulars. I completem el podcast amb Joan Josep Jané, de Vins i Licors Jané, del Vendrell.
