In Control Or Controlling? Which Is Best?

If I was to ask you if you were in control of your business, or controlling your business, what would you say? today's podcast isn't another strategy.   Over the past few weeks, I've been scrolling through my feeds and just like you, my competitors' ads have been popping up. Now these days, I tend to be more curious, than furious, when I see one of their ads, but I know there's definitely been times in the past, when, I've wondered how some businesses are able to rapidly grow their business, be all over social media, have ad campaigns that constantly flood your facebook feed AND look like they haven't lifted a finger in the process.   Today I pose the question - are they controlling their business or are they in control (and is there even a difference).
