In the Mind of Christ

Scripture reminds us that “the thoughts of the righteous are right” (Prov. 12:5) not meaning every passing thought, but the governing principles that shape a life. To have “the mind of Christ” (Phil. 2:5) is not mere profession, but living under Christ’s rule so that His Word directs our plans, intentions, and actions. By contrast, the “counsels of the wicked” are deceitful often hidden behind fine words, promises, or even religious language. The real test is not what a person says, but the mind they manifest in action. If we are repeatedly deceived by smooth promises and false solutions, the problem is not only with leaders, but with us: we are no longer thinking with the mind of Christ. Either we live by Christ’s mind or we keep trading truth, wisdom, and freedom for empty promises.
