IN THE SPOTLIGHT: FAITH KHANYILE - CEO OF WDB INVESTMENT HOLDINGS (WDBIH).

Faith is the CEO of WDB Investment Holdings (WDBIH). Faith has been associated with WDBIH for over 18 years, as one of its founding members and a non-executive director. Faith has extensive experience in financial services, corporate and investment banking, strategy development and leadership. She spent 12 years with Standard Bank, Corporate & Investment Bank (“CIB”) from 2001 to 2013 in various senior management and executive roles including being the Head of Corporate Banking (2008-2013), where she was responsible for driving the business strategy, overseeing relationship management for corporates, financial institutions and government and business development across products; she was also Head of Trade Finance & Services (2006-2008) and was a Director in the Structured Debt Finance (2003-2006). From 2006 to 2013, Faith served as a member of CIB Executive Committee, Credit Committee and CIB Transformation Steering Committee. Prior to joining Standard Bank, she was with Brait Private Equity from 1995 to 2000. Between 1998 and 2000, she was seconded by Brait to WDBIH. Faith completed her BA Economics degree with Honors at Wheaton College, USA, MBA (Finance) from Bentley Graduate School of Business, USA. She also completed an HDIP Tax from the University of Johannesburg in 2005 and participated at Columbia University (New York) Executive Leadership Programme in the latter part of 2007
