Increasing our belief in ourself

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

The more we act as though we believe in ourself, the more we end up believing in ourself.  Any step forward in achieving what we want in our life is uplifting and makes us stronger and more able to identify and take future steps forward. We need to be conscious of thoughts that tell us we can't achieve what we most deeply desifre for whatever reason.  We need to accept the existence of those thoughts and choose not to act on them.  Denying those thoughts only makes them stronger.  For example, I'm inspired to change the dominant thinking in the world to win win.  I have lots of thoughts that tell me I don't have what it takes to accomplish that.  AND, I acknowledge those thoughts and act on inspiration to move forward in sharing the existence and effectiveness of win win thinking anyway.  I do my best to identify and implement win win solutions in my own life.  If you'd like my help, I offer coaching that helps people become more aware of their thinking and have greatger conscious choicde about what thoughts they act on.   If this is of interest to you, conact me at [email protected] My books are on Amazon.  Links to my books appear on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
