Namaste - this episode is LIVE from Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India, where ive been travelling for 9 days through one of the most colourful and culturally rich regions in the world. From Udaipur’s lake palaces to the breathtaking stepwell dinner at Rawla Narlai, I’m sharing reflections from this trip and why India continues to inspire me every single time I visit. This trip has brought together so many parts of my world. I’ve been travelling with a client/ friend, exploring retreat venues, and preparing to speak at the MRO South Asia conference and XPO 2026 in Delhi. But this episode isn’t just about travel. It’s about intentionally creating space for rest, inspiration and self-care in a busy life. In this episode I share: • Why I keep coming back to India (this is my 18th visit) • How travel helps refill my creative and emotional cup • The support systems that allow me to harmonise family, business and travel • Why India is an incredible destination for wellness retreats • A simple self-care ritual I recommend for every trip (and everyday life) If you’ve ever wondered how I make business, travel and family work, this episode is a little behind-the-scenes reflection. And most importantly, a reminder that you don’t have to travel across the world to refill your cup, sometimes the smallest act of self-care can help you reconnect to yourself.

Explicit The Book of Holy F*ck Emma Arnold Spooky stories by Emma Arnold Explicit the killersluts podcast killerslutspod Katie, Emma, and Jay have been listening to The Killers since they were little—members of the first generation to truly grow up with the band. Now in their twenties, these three ladies have found that the love they hold for their favorite band has only grown over time. On the Killersluts Podcast, they take a look at the band’s discography to analyze the music and lyrical content while considering the history of the band. But the main goal is to make each other laugh. Explicit Starring Emma Roberts Craig Seven friends (unaffiliated with rom-com actress Emma Roberts) each write a part of a script to create one movie — but they are only allowed to read the part right before theirs. This creates a hilariously unforgettable film.
