Indian Immigrant Becomes Elite Engineer, then Investor- Kunal Dewan

Kunal is a first-generation immigrant from India from over 15+ years ago.  He landed in Southern California as a foreign student with just a few hundred dollars in his pocket. He went to school and began working as a structural engineer.  He designed tall buildings, schools, and hospitals. He soon realized that this journey would not lead him to where he envisioned himself.After the Great Recession, Kunal started investing in condos first. Then moved up to townhomes, then duplexes, triplexes, etc.Once Kunal realized how powerful multifamily property investments can be, he learned about syndications, then established his own syndication business a few years ago.
